For each person to be included: name and age, contact details, proposed retirement age(s), and any adverse credit details.

Income

Payslips / P60s for PAYE, last 2 years’ tax computations or limited company accounts if self-employed. Confirmation of any bonus, commission or non-guaranteed income. If income proof documents are unavailable you need to specify the income levels you want used in the report.

Credit commitments

List of all current mortgages and credit commitments (loans, credit cards, car finance etc.) and indicate whether they will remain in place or be repaid prior to any new mortgage. Anything being repaid can be ignored from our report.

Other financial commitments

The level of child and/or spousal maintenance that will be paid, number of financial dependents (and their ages), any other outgoings you think are relevant.
